Life after high school is a scary time for any teenager, but it can be particularly difficult for the student with profound hearing loss. The purpose of this presentation is to provide information that will help prepare students for life after high school. Common questions and concerns about this exciting transition are covered in this course.

Course Objectives:
- After completing this course, participants will be able to identify resources available to students with hearing loss who are finishing high school and are entering college or the workforce.
- After completing this course, participants will be able to identify federal laws as they relate to students and employees with hearing loss.
- After completing this course, participants will identify the different types of accommodations that can help students and employees with hearing loss be successful.
