Teens and tweens with cochlear implant(s) progress in auditory skills and spoken language when therapists and teachers focus on their unique characteristics. Realistic approaches for an auditory rehabilitation program are explored and applied to developing goals, utilizing strategies, incorporating motivating tools and setting up a teen or teen for success.
